Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You paid for a product and it was never delivered
The item you received is significantly different from what was described in the listing
The item arrived damaged or defective and the seller has been notified and has not resolved the issue within [X] business days
How to Request a Refund
Contact the seller directly through your BAGGA.NG message dashboard within 48 hours of receiving your order (or within 48 hours of the expected delivery date if the order never arrived)
If the seller does not respond or the issue is not resolved, escalate to BAGGA.NG support at hello@bagga.ng within 7 days of the original complaint
Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos where applicable
What Happens Next
Our support team will review the complaint and respond within 3 business days. If your claim is valid, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What Is Not Covered
Change of mind after a completed purchase
Items that match the seller’s listing description accurately
Disputes raised more than 7 days after delivery
Damage caused after delivery
Seller Responsibility
Sellers on BAGGA.NG are responsible for accurately representing their products. Sellers found to have misrepresented items or failed to deliver paid orders may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.
