How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact the seller directly through your BAGGA.NG message dashboard within 48 hours of receiving your order (or within 48 hours of the expected delivery date if the order never arrived)
  2. If the seller does not respond or the issue is not resolved, escalate to BAGGA.NG support at hello@bagga.ng within 7 days of the original complaint
  3. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos where applicable

What Happens Next

Our support team will review the complaint and respond within 3 business days. If your claim is valid, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What Is Not Covered

Seller Responsibility

Sellers on BAGGA.NG are responsible for accurately representing their products. Sellers found to have misrepresented items or failed to deliver paid orders may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.
