How Shipping Works on BAGGA.NG

BAGGA.NG is a marketplace – this means products are listed and sold by independent sellers, not by BAGGA.NG directly. Each seller is responsible for packaging, handing over, and coordinating the delivery of their products to buyers.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by seller and by the buyer’s location. Each seller is required to state their estimated delivery timeframe on their listing. Before completing a purchase, buyers are encouraged to:

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, where applicable, are set by the individual seller and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. BAGGA.NG does not charge additional shipping fees beyond what the seller has stated.

Order Tracking

Where a seller uses a trackable courier service, they are required to provide the buyer with a tracking number upon dispatch. Buyers can also follow up directly with the seller through the BAGGA.NG messaging dashboard.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the seller’s stated delivery window:

  1. Contact the seller through your BAGGA.NG message dashboard
  2. If the seller is unresponsive or unable to resolve the issue, escalate to BAGGA.NG support at hello@bagga.ng within 7 days of the missed delivery date

Damaged Items on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact the seller within 48 hours of delivery. If the issue is not resolved by the seller, refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.

International Shipping

At this time, BAGGA.NG facilitates transactions within Nigeria only. International shipping is not currently supported.
